The timing of this article was great! I was in need of a company that could add Windows XP Professional on a computer that was running Linux. After reading this article, I dropped my computer off at Crescent Technology, and within a week I had my computer back and it works beautifully. Everyone at the company was friendly and quite professional. I highly recommend Crescent Technology to anyone in need of sound computer advice and repair. They are great!

We read this article and had a laptop that needed a backlight. We had already been told it would be to expensive to replace and we should just buy a new one. After reading this article, we took that laptop to Crescent and they fixed it in less than a week at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend this Company. Got my TX 790 back from the repair shop today I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed by the guys down at Crescent Technology Inc., in Chicago. Not only was my computer restored to it's "as new" condition, but all my software and data was all intact. On top of that, they only had the machine for under 2 weeks and that's including UPS shipping time!

I have to say, I was so impressed with the level of service I got from Crescent Technology. Unlike other repair companies that I have had to send my laptop to in the past, Crescent actually answers their phone with a Live Person! What a concept! They are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care about the person calling. They gave me my ETA and status update and actually sent my Sony Vaio back when they said they would!
