A little History
Crescent Technology began as a motherboard and LCD Refurbisher for many of the top "third-party" laptop parts vendors in the nation. We have grown to handling repairs for many large insurance companies, service administration companies, small businesses and everyday home users.
We have a knowledgeable staff with a streamlined repair process that allows us to offer Grade A service for a fraction of the cost. Crescent Technology conducts business on a multinational scale through several locations in North America while cutting costs for our clients.
Our range of services includes Laptops, Desktop's, PC All-in-One's, Game Consoles, Musical Instruments, Televisions, and Apple Products as well.
Our Staff
Crescent Technology employs people who possess a drive to learn, excel and collaborate in a collective positive way to impact the work we do for all of customers. Our staff is made up of engineers, technicians, and a group of creative minds that fulfill jobs in Purchasing, Sales, Service, Shipping, Quality Control, Parts, and Accounting Departments. Our Technical Service Department consists of a Technical Operations Director, Level 2 Technicians, Level 1 Technicians, Advanced Rework Engineers, and Quality Control Inspectors.
